Rexven GmbH, Pleidelsheimer Str. 7, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany (hello@rexven.de) provides the Rexven Design Studio app for Shopify stores.
When you install the app we store your shop domain and the access token Shopify issues to the app. We use them only to run the app: reading your products, saving the print template per product and checking your app subscription.
When a customer uses the studio on your storefront, we receive and store the artwork files they upload, a preview image, the product and variant ID and a description of the placement (positions, sizes, colour). We do not receive names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment data. The customer’s IP address is used only in memory to limit abuse and is not stored.
The files are made available to you through links in the order’s line item properties. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
Uploaded designs are deleted 180 days after upload. When you uninstall the app, all designs and data of your shop are deleted after Shopify’s shop/redact notification (48 hours after uninstalling).
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. We do not sell data or share it with third parties except as needed to host the app.
You and your customers can request access to or deletion of data at any time by contacting us at hello@rexven.de. Customers can also contact the store they ordered from.
